Reservations are recommended to be made well in advance. No shows or cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice will be subject to a $15.00 charge. A major credit card will be needed at time of reservation during peak holiday times (Christmas, Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving)
For dogs to participate in group playtime; Owner must sign agreement and pet must pass social testing. Also, we will not accept males that are not neutered for group participation. It will be left to Pawsitively Paradise staff to determine pets social skills at anytime pet may be asked to leave group playtime if not getting along well with other guests.
All dogs must be current on DHLP, Rabies & Bordetella. A copy of the pets veterinary record will be kept on file.
Personal belongings: To provide our guests with a sense of comfort and security, we welcome blankets, toys, food, etc from home. All items must be washable, in case of any accidents. Please NO FOOD DISHES OR RAWHIDES. Make sure all items are clearly marked with your pets name. We will make every effort to care for the items you bring, however, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of these items.
