We want to do something different for March instead of a coupon – we are going to have a contest for our website readers! This contest is only for people who come to our website to complete and turn in this form.

Lucky Pet Contest

Please fill out form and attach a picture of your Lucky Pet and letter of why your pet is Lucky. Then either email it to us at pawspets4@yahoo.com or print it and bring it in!

We will judge all entries and announce a winner on March 31st.

• 1st place winner receives a $25.00 gift certificate for services / merchandise
• 2nd place receives a $15.00 gift certificate
• 3rd place receives a $5.00 gift certificate

We will put the winning pictures and print letters on our Web site and Facebook.
